De Artoiswijk is de halve maan-vormige kantoor- en administratieve wijk in Leuven. Zij begint met de Philipssite aan Parkpoort en slingert zich langs de Leuvense binnenring naar het station en de jachthaven in de Vaartkom.

Leuven kenmerkt zich door haar uitstekende ligging langs de E40 en E314: vlakbij Brussel maar nog relatief vlot & filevrij bereikbaar. zelfs op spitsuren. Met de uitstekende Diabolo-verbinding kan men vanuit Leuven op een tiental minuutjes naar de luchthaven van Brussel sporen.

De snelgroeiende Artoiswijk zet nu Leuven probleemloos op de kaart van de grote bedrijven die door dichtgeslibte Brusselse periferie stillaan in recruteringsproblemen geraken.

Niet alleen komen er kantoor units vrij in bestaande gebouwen door herorganisatie of verhuis naar andere gebouwen maar worden er prachtige nieuwe gebouwen gerealiseerd waaronder een heuse toren in de Vaartkom.

Leuven excellent position is due to her immediate proximity to the Brussels periphery, located on the crossroads of the E40 and E314 highways it is still very accessible, even on rush hours. With the excellent Diabolo-connection one can travel by train in 10 minutes from Leuven to the Brussels airport.
